Secret Santa At Astyra

One of the many Astyra traditions includes hosting an internal office Secret Santa every December. This year we dressed up, grabbed a homemade Moscow Mule and logged onto a video meeting to open our presents!

Our executives treated us to brand new Astyra jackets, an Echo Dot and a personalized gift for everyone.

We’re grateful that we were able to connect together and share the holiday cheer!

WinterFest With HYPE

ChamberRVA’s HYPE hosted a networking happy hour at Kings Dominion’s WinterFest.

Our Astyra internal staff members were thrilled to spend the evening out and about with other young professionals. They enjoyed great food, fun rides and the holiday atmosphere complete with fake snow!

“It’s so amazing that HYPE holds events like this! It’s such a new, creative way to meet people,” Tianna said.

Ladies Night At Cooper’s Hawk

The women of Astyra love to wine and dine, especially together! 
 
We all met at Cooper’s Hawk last week for an evening to unwind with the same people we work alongside daily. The night began with indulging in a wine tasting before being sat down by the waitress for a savory meal.
 
“This just reiterated that Astyra is like a family and I love that,” Ashley, our newest Astyra lady, said.
 
This was Shaila’s first ladies night also and she said getting to know who she works with outside of the office is a nice feeling.
 
Although we aren’t quite sure when this tradition started, we plan to continue having ladies nights!
