Summary:
The main function of a customer service representative is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the client’s issue, offering possible solutions, or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound, or a combination of both.
Job Responsibilities:
Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.
Education/Experience:

Responsibilities:
Administer and manage Drupal environments including core updates module management and patch application.
Monitor site performance and uptime implementing necessary adjustments to ensure consistent availability.
Configure Drupal themes modules and settings based on business needs.
Manage hosting environments
Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration between the CMS and server infrastructure.
Manage user access roles and permissions to maintain data integrity.
Support content teams with their publishing needs and troubleshoot any issues related to content workflows.
Train internal stakeholders on Drupal functionalities and best practices.
Serve as a point of contact for issues related to the CMS resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Drupal Administrator or Developer with proficiency in Drupal 8/9/10.
Strong understanding of PHP MySQL HTML CSS JavaScript and relevant frameworks.
Familiarity with web servers Apache NGINX and hosting platforms e.g. AWS Acquia Pantheon.
Hands-on experience with Drupal theming and module development.
Knowledge of version control systems e.g. Git.
Experience with Drupals multisite configurations and migration processes is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Drupal certification e.g. Acquia Certified Site Builder or Developer.
Experience with integration of third-party tools and APIs.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
