Customer Service Representative I

Summary: 

The main function of a customer service representative is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the client’s issue, offering possible solutions, or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound, or a combination of both.
 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.

Skills:

  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • 0-2 years of customer service-related experience required.

Drupal Administrator
 

  • Note: This position is fully remote. Client will ship equipment to contractor.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage Drupal environments including core updates module management and patch application.
  • Monitor site performance and uptime implementing necessary adjustments to ensure consistent availability.
  • Configure Drupal themes modules and settings based on business needs.
  • Manage hosting environments
  • Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration between the CMS and server infrastructure.
  • Manage user access roles and permissions to maintain data integrity.
  • Support content teams with their publishing needs and troubleshoot any issues related to content workflows.
  • Train internal stakeholders on Drupal functionalities and best practices.
  • Serve as a point of contact for issues related to the CMS resolving them in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Drupal Administrator or Developer with proficiency in Drupal 8/9/10.
  • Strong understanding of PHP MySQL HTML CSS JavaScript and relevant frameworks.
  • Familiarity with web servers Apache NGINX and hosting platforms e.g. AWS Acquia Pantheon.
  • Hands-on experience with Drupal theming and module development.
  • Knowledge of version control systems e.g. Git.
  • Experience with Drupals multisite configurations and migration processes is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Drupal certification e.g. Acquia Certified Site Builder or Developer.
  • Experience with integration of third-party tools and APIs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
