App Dev – Java – Guru
Job Description
The application developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining the services following the enterprise standards and guidelines with a thorough understanding of the cloud environment and DevSecOps.
Responsibilities
- Understand the current systems and their architecture to build the solutions on top of them or from the ground up.
- Understand Identity and Access Management, SDLC life cycle, and the Cloud environment of the ecosystem and services in it.
- Collaborate with Product and tech stakeholders for requirements gathering and analysis
- Design and develop software solutions like APIs, Applications, tools, and frameworks.
- Conduct and perform code reviews with the team members.
- Collaborate between cross-functional teams for the integration of the solutions
- Embrace the DevOps culture and you build your own model
- End to End Debugging and Root cause analysis in the nonprod and prod environment
- Collaborate with other teams for end-to-end integration and testing
- Document the design and the decisions taken for design and implementation
- Understand the enterprise tools (For compliance, operations, and adoption) and use them effectively
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in software development including design, coding, and testing
- At least 2 years of experience in Java, Spring, and SprintBoot frameworks
- At least 3 years of experience in the design and development of Restful APIs
- At least 3 years of experience in using the DEVOPS tools for pipelines
- At least 2 years of experience in a Cloud environment using various computing, storage, and network services
Skills:
- Additional Skills: Java, J2EE, Spring, AWS, Identity, and Access management
