Responsibilities:

  • Configure and install network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).

Job Description:

  • This role will work directly with Project Managers, Engineers, Construction inspectors, and contractors to receive, organize, digitize, and evaluate gas pipeline project construction record files to ensure they are traceable, verifiable, and complete as defined by 49 CFR Part 192.
  • They will be responsible for organizing gas pipeline records for transfer to the Company’s Long Term Retention database. This role will help facilitate project closeouts in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Receives, organizes, analyzes, and evaluates Work Order and Project documentation.
  • Ensures Work Order and Project records are accurate, traceable, verifiable, and complete regarding natural gas transmission, distribution, storage, and processing facilities.
  • Ensures 49 CFR Part 192 code compliance.
  • Performs and/or assists in State and Federal records audits.
  • Assists and trains others analyzing and identifying pipeline information that is incomplete, missing or conflicting.
  • Assists with gathering and updating of Records Management workflow and procedure documentation, using input from users.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to operate computer proficiently
  • Knowledge and understanding of pipeline records document types.
  • Ability to follow department engineering records procedures, workflows, and naming standards

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Understanding of 49 CFR Part 192 records requirements

We are seeking resources who have the capability and patience to work with end users in a large environment. This is a multi-state endeavor upgrading approximately 22,000 machines, so proven experience working with a large team is a must.
  • The technical resource should have experience with upgrading memory, replacing hardware, imaging workstations, and software installation best practices. Responsible for delivering, setup and collection of workstations.

Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience imaging through SCCM (or other similar application)
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate-setting deployment projects
  • Experience with PC, IOS, WorkBooks and ToughBooks (or similar assets)
  • Excellent communication
  • Willing to take initiative in a busy atmosphere
  • Ability to translate technical knowledge gained by education and experience into benefits for the customer
  • Exceptional at multi-tasking in order to meet multiple end users requests and needs
