Our Director of Recruiting, Carmen, is beginning a new adventure by participating in the RVA Leadership Lab’s 13th Class!

 

Leadership Lab is designed to create individual development and relationship-building opportunities for emerging leaders who are interested in increasing their capacity to influence and lead within their organization. 

 

Carmen believes that “participating in Leadership Lab will give me the tools to not only understand WHO I AM as a leader; but, how I can be most effective in leading others. So far, I have learned that we live and work by our core values and I am most excited about how this program will transform me.”
