Training Specialist
Description:
The Virginia Training Group is looking for two contracted training specialists to join their team. Our training specialists are responsible for the creation and upkeep of training materials such as presentations, handouts, and computer-based training modules. They use the ADDIE Model to create materials that meet identified training objectives and comply with established development standards. These deliverables support training programs in both Power Generation and Power Delivery, as well as supporting other training efforts as needed. The successful candidate will be an expert in Microsoft PowerPoint and have experience with Adobe InDesign (or other products in the Adobe suite).
