Senior ServiceNow Developer

Description:
- This is a request for a contractor with specific skills in support of ServiceNow and the multiple projects served from it.
- This position request is for a contractor with specific skills in support of the ServiceNow Customer Service Management CSM application and IT Service Management ITSM application projects using ServiceNow.
- The applicant requires senior level ServiceNow developer skills along with customer interface skills to gather requirements and design a complex solution to meet business needs.
- Certification in ServiceNow is highly desired.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Experience with ServiceNow development and/or administration, Required 5 Years
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor using functionality such as Scheduled Script Executions (Scheduled Jobs), Required 5 Years
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer or ServiceNow Workflow Editor such as notifications and reporting, Required 5 Years
- Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, Agile and Scrum methodologies, Required 5 Years
- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) or Customer Service Management (CSM), Required 5 Years
- Experience building and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems leveraging REST, SOAP, and other APIs, Required 3 Years
- Ability to estimate software development efforts, Highly desired 3 Years
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Highly desired 3 Years
