Data Warehouse/ETL/BI/API Developer
*Local to the greater Harrisburg/Mechanicsburg/Central PA only please
*This is a hybrid position with 1 day/week onsite
Description:
- The client is looking for a Data Warehouse ETL Business Intelligence Developer and API Developer staff augmentation resource.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize develop and maintain integration solutions using SQL Server SSIS and ETL Framework BIDS as necessary to connect legacy data stores the data warehouse
- Develops maintains and optimizes al effort related to Data Warehouse SSIS Stored procedures Views etc.
- Creates data warehouse components using best practices methodologies
- Builds and maintains through documentation of the data and how it is moved through layers
- Perform data conversion from OLTP to DW using tools like SSIS/Data Factory
- Identify and analyze data discrepancies and data quality issues and work to ensure data consistency and integrity
- Ensure the stabilization and high performance of existing ETL processes
- Troubleshoot and complex data related issues as well as provide support to production
- Develop and deploy ETL job workflow with reliable error/exception handling and rollback
- Must have experience working on SSRS
- Power BI experience is preferred
- Experience with Crystal Report will be beneficial
- API Development experience is preferred
- May be involved with manual testing
- Perform other related duties as required
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study with advanced study, Required
- ETL experience (Including SSIS or other ETL tools), Required 6 Years
- Data Analytics experience, Required 6 Years
- Data Warehouse knowledge and experience, Required 6 Years
- MS SQL Reporting Server (SSRS), Required 4 Years
- Power BI, Required 3 Years
- Web API development experience, Required 3 Years
