The Role:
- You will be performing a revealed shopper survey for the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS)
- The surveys will consist of:
- Revealed Shopper Survey: The goal of the revealed survey is to determine if the information in the Arizona Contrators’ (health plans) primary care provider (PCP), maternal are, and behavioral health provider data is supported by information supplied when speaking to the provider location. Additionally, survey calls will request information to determine the extent to which timely appointments for primary care, maternal care, and behavioral health visits available to AHCCCS/Medicaid members.
- You will primarily doing data validation and making outbound calls.
- The calls will include a scripted survey of approximately 10 questions.
- Hours of work are 11:30 am Est to 8:00pm Est
Responsibilities/Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years experience working in a customer service or healthcare environment.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor during all contacts, and accurately documents answers to survey questions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and intermediate PC skills
- Because of the nature and immediacy of the work, the ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance is essential.
