Description:
- ServiceNow Developer/Builder contractor to design workflows configure ITSM modules and develop reports and dashboards. Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience required reporting and analytics development strongly preferred
- We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer / Builder to support the design configuration and development of workflows applications and reports within the ServiceNow platform. This role will focus on hands-on platform development automation of operational processes and creation of actionable dashboards and reports that support enterprise IT and healthcare operations.
- The ideal candidate has strong experience building within ServiceNow modules such as ITSM Service Catalog Incident Request and Change Management and is highly skilled in report development dashboards and data visualization within ServiceNow.
- This contractor will work closely with IT operations governance teams and business stakeholders to build scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Design build and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain workflows forms catalog items and automation using ServiceNow best practices.
- Create reports dashboards and performance analytics that support operational decision making.
- Build and maintain Service Catalog items and request fulfillment workflows.
- Configure and support Incident Request Problem and Change Management modules.
- Develop scripts and integrations using JavaScript Glide APIs and Flow Designer.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate operational needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Support continuous improvement of ServiceNow governance and development standards.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance.
- Document configurations workflows and reporting structures.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Hands-on ServiceNow development experience, Required 3 Years
- Strong experience configuring ITSM modules, Required 3 Years
- Experience building ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics, Required 3 Years
- Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts, Required 3 Years
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions, Required 3 Years
- Experience developing advanced ServiceNow reporting and analytics, Highly desired 3 Years
- Experience supporting healthcare IT or large enterprise environments, Highly desired 3 Years
