Senior Technical Business Lead
*This is a hybrid position with 2-3 days/week onsite
Description:
- This position is a Senior Technical Business Lead dedicated to the client and Office of State Fire Commissioner (OSFC) application development team.
- This position will be bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the client/OSFC organizations.
- This position will work directly with the client/OSFC Section Manager to solve IT business solution needs and problems.
- The client and Office of State Fire Commissioner (OSFC) is looking for a Senior Technical Business Lead with strong communication skills and expert knowledge of the Application Development life cycle.
- This position is a crucial role in bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the clients/OSFC organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily-stand up with development team.
- Working directly with the client/OSFC Section Management to solve IT Business solution needs and problems.
- Collaborating with the client/OSFC Application team to identify and fix technical problems.
- Provide and lead Incident Management Change Management for the client /OSFC Application support team.
- Provide weekly status updates on development teams project task and initiatives
- Responsible for application inventory application support documentation organization of the client/OSFC application portfolio
- Review specification business requirements and collaborate with the team on development level of effort estimations for requirements.
- Involved in adopting COTS products for the client/OSFC
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- DevOps and familiar with the SCRUM/iterative/waterfall development, Required 5 Years

- Experience with ITSM. Including Remedy & ServiceNow, Required 5 Years
