Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Description:
Seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Spring Boot and AWS to design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications. The role involves full software development lifecycle responsibilities, including application design, development, deployment, maintenance, modernization, and cloud migration. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, microservices architecture, AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement complex full-stack application systems across the entire software development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain enterprise web applications using Java, J2EE, JSF, and Spring Boot technologies.
- Maintain, support, and upgrade software applications following deployment.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle for software and application development.
- Migrate existing applications to AWS cloud environments.
- Build scalable microservices using Spring Boot and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and service-oriented integrations.
- Implement secure application design using OAuth2, JWT, and encryption standards.
- Support cloud-native development practices utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Utilize GitHub and automation tools to support continuous integration and deployment.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Java development experience — 10+ years.
- J2EE technologies, including EJB and JSF — 10+ years.
- Spring Framework and Spring Boot — 10+ years.
- Oracle SQL development — 10+ years.
- WebSphere Application Server or equivalent — 10+ years.
- GitHub and CI/CD pipeline development — 8+ years.
- AWS Services, including Lambda — 5+ years.
- AWS infrastructure automation using Terraform — 5+ years.
- Experience building and supporting RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience migrating applications to AWS cloud environments.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
- Experience with secure application development utilizing OAuth2 and JWT.
- Experience with full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- AWS certifications are a plus.
- Java, Spring, DevOps, or cloud-related certifications are desirable.
