Senior Integration Developer
*This is a hybrid position with 3-4 days/month onsite
*We are not considering Corp-to-Corp (C2C) arrangements for this position
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for connecting the different systems applications and technologies including SAP S/4HANA BRIM Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud telephony and IVR web portals mobile apps middleware systems document storage and retrieval solutions cloud hosting and more to ensure they technically work seamlessly together for best in class performance.
- Design develop and maintain backend services using tools such as .Net and Go Golang.
- Build and optimize APIs microservices and cloud native distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments Docker Kubernetes to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule and within budget.
- Write clean maintainable and well-tested code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with .Net and GoLang best practices and emerging technologies applying best practices towards leveraging on-demand open APIs.
- Design and develop scalable and resilient technical architectures to integrate SAP Microsoft Dynamics Azure cloud services IVR systems and external systems for tolling projects e.g. payment gateways backend databases traffic management systems.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to development teams ensuring adherence to architectural principles best practices and industry standards.
- Utilize deep knowledge of Microsoft government and commercial cloud platforms Azure and SAP BRIM to architect solutions that comply with tolling industry regulations and operational requirements.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery and operational continuity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust digital payment solutions.
- Ensure scalability reliability and compliance with industry standards.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate payment platforms APIs and third-party services.
- Implement robust security measures for data protection encryption and fraud prevention.
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard and other relevant regulations SOX SOC2/3 CSA HIPAA ISO 27001 etc..
- Optimize transaction processing speed latency and reliability and monitor system performance troubleshooting issues promptly.
- Lead and participate in project team activities for enterprise systems.
- Perform tasks and other duties as assigned by the client.
- Analyze solution components and integration models for high-volume processing.
- Identify opportunities to reduce data replication and integration.
- Act as a continuous improvement agent to enhance technical integrations streamline data flows and optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff business owners project sponsors vendors and key clients.
- Fully document all created work associated with this position including technical and functional designs and diagrams test plans test scripts impact analysis reports lessons learned best practices for others to follow plus any other documentation as required by the client. This documentation shall follow the format and / or templates as instructed by the client.

Desired Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Experience with message queues Kafka RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools Prometheus Grafana.
- Exposure to infrastructure-as-code Terraform Helm.
- Background in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Prior experience with the client tolling solutions is highly desired.
- Solid understanding of tolling industry standards regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with IVR systems design development and optimization preferably in tolling or similar customer-facing environments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure government and commercial cloud platforms including Infrastructure as a Service IaaS Platform as a Service PaaS and Software as a Service SaaS offering.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Teams Word Excel PowerPoint and Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
- Proficient with Agile methodologies using Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues specific to tolling projects.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders particularly in the tolling industry context.
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.
- Enterprise Business Solutions specifically SAP projects
- ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Experience as a Senior developer or similar role with, Required 8 Years
- Expert in integrating SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure cloud, IVR systems & integrations w/ external systems, specifically high volume contact center, Required 8 Years
- Payment Processing Applications development and maintenance, including newer digital payment methods on projects of various sizes and subject matters, Required 5 Years
- Backend development using GoLang, Required 3 Years
- Backend development using .Net, Required 3 Years
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and decentralized microservices architecture, Required
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes), Required
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Required
- Proficiency with ADO, Git and version control workflows, Required
- Solid understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance optimization in Go and .Net, Required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module, Required
- Experience in designing & implementing integrations w/ external systems in the context of tolling projects (toll collection, traffic management), Required
