Description:
- Our client is seeking a contract Senior Salesforce Solution Designing Expert to design and deliver end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud.
- The position ensures all solutions align with program objectives, technical standards, security requirements, and long-term platform strategy while leveraging both declarative and programmatic capabilities to build scalable maintainable systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and engineering: Lead integration, designs blueprinting and configuration strategies, Architecting Low Code Solutions, designing highly scalable and reusable application components, business process optimization, human-centered design and lightning experience best practices.
- Coordination and communication: Collaborate with vendors, product owners, administrators, QA teams and business stakeholders to plan and execute required updates and deliverables.
- Discovery and requirements: Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to define requirements evaluate solution options and recommend best fit approaches.
- Technical leadership: Establish development standards, mentor junior developers, conduct peer code reviews, and promote consistent high standards across teams.
- Release management readiness: Review Salesforce Spring Summer and Winter release notes to identify breaking changes. Deprecations, new settings, and feature impacts. Assess platform updates affect existing systems and integrations.
- AI-enablement: Apply AI-driven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions including identifying practical use cases incorporating intelligent automation and ensuring responsible and compliant use of emerging technologies.
Skills:
- Experience supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs (or equivalent experience in complex multi-team environments)., Required 7 Years
- Experience leading technical discovery, design sessions, or development teams in a senior or lead capacity., Required 7 Years
- Experience in designing highly scalable and reusable application components, Required 7 Years
- Knowledge and experience in business process optimization, Required 7 Years
- knowledge and experience in Human centered design best practices, Required 7 Years
- Knowledge and experience in data modelling, security and sharing model, Required 7 Years
- Sound knowledge in user story creation, gap analysis and sound communication with stake holders., Required 7 Years
- Hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, and solution design., Required 3 Years
