.NET Application Developer

Description:
- The client is seeking a Mid-Level .Net/C# Developer on the DMV Traffic Records Systems (TRS) team for the eCrash / NCCRIS Project.
- TRS supports the DMV Crash Data Management and DOH Traffic Safety in collecting analysis and distribution of motor vehicle accident information.
- The chosen candidate will be part of the development effort to convert the TRS applications from Java to .NET.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Computer Information Systems Computer Engineering Math or Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Experience developing new applications using .NET/C# SQL Server REST APIs and GIT/Azure DevOps for a minimum of 3 years.
- Demonstrated ability in application analysis and design cost analysis estimating staffing needs testing documentation and implementation for a minimum of 3 years
Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Experience with ASP.Net MVC
- Experience with ASP.Net Core
- Demonstrate effective communications in oral and written form. Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Documented experience developing applications using .NET/C#, Required 3 Years
- Documented experience developing applications using REST APIs, Required 3 Years
- Documented experience developing applications using SQL Server, Required 3 Years
- Documented experience developing applications using GIT/Azure DevOps, Required 3 Years
- Demonstrated ability in application analysis and design, cost analysis, estimating staffing needs, testing, documentation, and implementation, Required 3 Years
- Experience with ASP.Net MVC, Desired
- Experience with .Net Core, Desired
