Maintenance Technician II
*This is an onsite position
Description:
- The client is looking for a Maintenance Technician 2 to support our Facilities department.
- As a member of the Facilities department you’ll get to support operations in the Deployables Operating Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Construct thermal chamber for new program
- Interpret engineering drawings for dimensions, positioning, etc. of thermal chamber
- Work with cross functional team to gather information and troubleshoot as required
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Experience reading and using engineering drawings
- Some problem solving, collaboration skills and verbal/written communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- US Citizenship is a requirement for employment
Preferred Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Occasionally be on call during critical processes; e.g. startup of project
- Experience constructing thermal chambers or other similar structures
