M365 Specialist

Description:
- This is a request for a contractor with specific skills in support of Microsoft 365 and the multiple efforts served from it.
- This position will be part of the Enterprise Collaboration Services Tier 3 group of the clients’ Service Delivery division.
- Primary duties of this position will be to serve as a lead Subject Matter Expert SME and product specialist for Microsoft 365 services and related collaboration tools.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Extensive exp with Microsoft 365 services and tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform; information protection, and AvePoint., Required 5 Years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical teams, Required 5 Years
- Proven ability to perform high-level troubleshooting of complex issues; manage incident, problem, configuration, change management processes efficiently, Required 5 Years
- Strong focus on delivering high-quality products timely and efficiently, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations., Required 5 Years
- Copilot experience, Highly desired
