  • Establish and promote governance best practices for technology implementation across on-premises, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions.
  • Support the data governance program by defining policies, standards, and roles to ensure enterprise-wide data management.
  • Lead and facilitate the technology change management process.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of architecture and governance initiatives.
  • Continuously improve architecture and governance practices, systems, and documentation.
  • Produce clear, accurate, and complete documentation based on industry and organizational best practices.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to drive alignment across the enterprise.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in systems engineering, technology management, or architecture.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on enterprise architecture, IT governance, or data governance experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working in large-scale technology environments.
  • Proficiency with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, FEAF, or Zachman.
  • 2+ years of architecture or engineering experience with cloud platforms, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Microsoft Azure.
  • 2+ years of experience with modern data management solutions and technologies.
