Configuration Analyst

Description
Configuration Analyst supports identity provisioning, MFA enrollment, access troubleshooting, and reporting. Works with state and county administrators via a ticketing system and requires strong analysis and clear communication skills.
The primary purpose of the Configuration Analyst is to assist with provisioning and troubleshooting user accounts/issues associated with Identity Management in production and training environments. This position will assist users with understanding multifactor authentication (MFA) and assist with confirming each user has successfully enrolled in MFA. This position works closely with state and county systems administrators via the ticketing system. In addition, this position will assist with granting access to users so they can export reports from the application.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- Ability to research, analyze, and interpret automated system issues.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in oral and written form with staff at all levels using excellent telephone etiquette and skills.
- 3-5 years of experience
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- Experience and knowledge of browser-based applications. — Required: 3 Years
- Experience researching, analyzing, and interpreting automated system problems. — Required: 5 Years
- Experience working in an Application Support-based (not hardware) help desk environment. — Required: 1 Year
- Broad knowledge of the application and functionality. — Desired: 1 Year
- Experience working with Identity Management and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). — Desired: 1 Year
