Certification Requirements:
- Active PMP certification is REQUIRED!
- CSM and SAFe certifications are the most desired additional certifications.
- Other certifications include CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL Foundation, or other Agile/product credentials.

Description:
Looking for a Project Manager (PM) to manage the transition to a new Banking partner across all divisions and functions that: Collect revenue, Perform or support deposit duties. Process other monies in any capacity.
This role will require managing overall deliverables and resources from all stakeholders, including Selected Banking partner resources. Representatives from each revenue-collecting division. Office of Commission Comptroller. Enterprise Technology Services. As new technology and services will be deployed, a key component will be ensuring a complete set of requirements is documented upfront for each division. The role will also facilitate and support divisions in identifying changes to current processes needed to: Streamline activities. Take full advantage of the new technology available from the selected Banking partner.
Required Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Experience in program management, product ownership, IT modernization, or enterprise delivery roles, or an equivalent combination — Required: 8 Years
- Process reengineering and mapping experience — Required: 8 Years
- Experience consistently driving on-time delivery by establishing clear milestones and proactively managing cross-division dependencies — Required: 8 Years
- Experience ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned on schedule commitments — Required: 8 Years
- Experience leading multi-division, high-visibility technology or modernization initiatives — Required: 8 Years
- Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills — Required: 8 Years
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and familiarity with tools such as Jira, Planner, or similar Agile work-management platforms — Required: 8 Years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Project, and Power BI — Required: 8 Years
- Hands-on professional experience supporting teams and management in navigating significant process changes — Required: 8 Years
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise initiative, and demonstrate professionalism and dependability — Required: 8 Years
- Active PMP certification — Required: 8 Years
- CSM and SAFe certifications — Highly Desired: 8 Years
- Experience with banking platforms and Oracle, or similar ERP systems — Highly Desired: 4 Years
- Experience with revenue collections and/or cash management cycles and tools — Desired: 4 Years
