Assessment Scheduler
Responsibilities
- Schedule off-site face-to-face as well as virtual assessment appointments, coordinating with multiple outside resources.
- Answer phones, monitor email inboxes, order supplies, and copy and distribute correspondences.
- Provide information on meeting transportation, alternative arrangements and/ or refer to the appropriate county-based transportation office.
- Collaborate with field assessors to coordinate appointments for team member calendars.
- Ensure all documentation is thorough, accurate and complete.
- Follow up on consultation, ensuring proper completion within one working day that the consultation occurred.
- Reschedule appointments if consultations did not take place, identifying and addressing the reasons for missed appointments.
- Generate form(s), letter(s). and mail to consulting practitioner to summarize findings, identify alternatives, and include their recommendations.
- Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience working in a customer service or healthcare environment.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize with variable and sometimes conflicting deadlines.

- Bilingual preferred (English and a second language).
