Salesforce Programmer Analyst

Description:
Seeking a Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and remediate defects in an application that has recently developed and released to production. The Programmer Analyst should have experience with Copado.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.
- Should follow the configuration first approach.
- Must have experience with Copado CI/CD.
- Should write unit tests and work with the DevOps team to debug and remediate issues.
- Contributing to technical documentation.
- Should have experience in Jira for documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and design changes for defects and new stories.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Jira – Required, 5 Years
- Salesforce Service Cloud – Required, 6 Years
- Copado – Required, 4 Years
- Salesforce Apex Class and LWC – Required, 6 Years
