Senior Salesforce Solutions Engineer

Description:
- The client is seeking a contract Salesforce Solution Engineer to design and deliver end to end solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud.
- This role supports mission critical public sector programs across case management licensing service operations and related workflows.
- The position ensures all solutions align with program objectives technical standards security requirements and long-term platform strategy while leveraging both declarative and programmatic capabilities to build scalable maintainable systems.
Responsibilities:
- Technical leadership: Establish development standards mentor junior developers conduct peer code reviews and promote consistent high standards across teams.
- Design and engineering: Lead integration designs blueprinting and configuration strategies.
- Development: Develop Apex Lightning Web Components Flows and system integrations following established engineering practices and platform governance.
- Discovery and requirements: Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to define requirements evaluate solution options and recommend best fit approaches.
- Release management readiness: Review Salesforce Spring Summer and Winter release notes to identify breaking changes deprecations new settings and feature impacts. Assess platform updates affect existing systems and integrations.
- Coordination and communication: Collaborate with vendors product owners administrators QA teams and business stakeholders to plan and execute required updates and deliverables.
- AI-enablement: Apply AI driven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions including identifying practical use cases incorporating intelligent automation and ensuring responsible and compliant use of emerging technologies.
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, and solution design., Required 5 Years
- Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration development in enterprise environments., Required 5 Years
- Experience supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs (or equivalent experience in complex multi-team environments)., Required 3 Years
- Experience leading technical discovery, design sessions, or development teams in a senior or lead capacity., Required 2 Years
