SSRS Technical Specialist
The Technical Specialist is a senior level resource with specialized knowledge and experience in a specific technology. The Technical Specialist has an overall knowledge and understanding of application development and architecture that serves as a strong base for technical expertise in a specific product or program. The Technical Specialist also has an advanced experience in the required technical subject matter.
The candidate will be expected to develop various items using SSRS, SSAS and SSIS. This role will also routinely perform data analysis, data modeling and data visualization tasks. This person is typically involved in performing complex and advanced queries in SQL. Familiarity with CSS and UI design is helpful. This role will occasionally be asked to assist with reporting, file manipulation and data visualization using tools such as Tableau, QlikView, iDashboards and Python. Finally, this person may also be expected to gather requirements, meet with stakeholder groups, write report specifications and document processes and procedures.

The System Analyst determines operational, technical, and support requirements for the location, installation, operation, and maintenance of various field equipment and systems. The System Analyst will develop diagrams and process documentation. Telecom Systems Specialist
Our client is seeking a resource for a 12-month engagement to work with the Client Services Team. Client Services uses technical expertise and understanding of business needs to evaluate assigned IT incident and problem service desk tickets to appropriately prioritize and evaluate business impact. Proactively promotes positive customer relationships and mentors others to ensure client satisfaction and organizational success. This position takes ownership of customer problems and works with a sense of urgency to resolve incidents and problems. This position serves as the lead and primary contact providing leadership and assistance for the statewide telephony services. This position will provide support and configuration of the telephone equipment as well as adding, modifying and deleting users, adding services, installing lines and moving users. He/she will work with our partner agency DIT (Department of Information Technology) to help them in the design, installation, testing, maintenance, upgrade, and troubleshooting telephony systems and assist with computer network field infrastructure as needed as a secondary purpose.
This request is to help support the high number of telephone requests/incidents required for the statewide efforts.

Responsible for technical knowledge and support installing, testing, maintaining and upgrading telephone infrastructure cabling and equipment. Leading telephony incident and problem resolution through the Helpdesk (ServiceNow), client management or other on-site contacts. Provides call reporting and changing of telephony configurations (move, add, change, delete) such as user skills related to the phone system. Will research and consult on communication problems with other IT professionals and update management on status as needed. This position is responsible for site surveys and design of field telephony infrastructure. This employee will serve as the escalation contact for all telephony issues.

This position is responsible for creating and maintaining all documentation of process and procedures for all areas this position is responsible for. This documentation is to be used by team members for operational standards of daily work. This documentation will also be used in accordance with Operational Level Agreements (IT internal) and Service Level Agreements (IT external). All documentation should be reviewed annually.

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage the ServiceNow Platform Service. ServiceNow is an established platform which is providing support of common capabilities across the organization. The agency currently utilizes the ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and ITBM ServiceNow modules.
This senior project management role will work within the Platform Management team to manage ServiceNow projects. The project manager will be hands-on, working directly with multiple stakeholders and business teams to manage the day-to-day activities for all projects. The project manager will directly manage daily standups and other agile ceremonies across multiple divisions and multiple project portfolios to coordinate a single pipeline of ServiceNow projects.

The IT Product Manager will serve as a member of the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) Program providing IT product management within the MES portfolio. This position will champion our departments key strategies with the goal of creating the opportunity for healthier outcomes for our citizens through clinical and technological innovation. This position is responsible for providing independent product oversight for NC Medicaid products. This oversight may include development and monitoring of the Medicaid Managed Care product strategies, while collaborating with other divisions and external stakeholders to develop and implement targeted strategies to streamline processes. Duties include analyzing business requirements for testability and completeness using Functional Specification Documents, Business Requirements Documents and Technical Design Documents, analyzing and developing requirements into test conditions, development and execution of automated scripts using Trisentis Tosca to thoroughly test software to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects.
