Job 25802: County Support Liaison   **Extensive statewide travel up to 70% of the time is required in the performance of the work. Travel may include some evenings and weekend days.** Our client seeks contract resources to provide on-site support for county department of social services NC FAST users as they learn the NC FAST Case Management System. This is NOT a desktop support and NOT a help desk support position.   This position uses knowledge of NC FAST functionality, as well as understanding of how counties provide delivery of services to guide new users in correct navigation and submission of case data in the system. This role uses excellent written and verbal skills to effectively coach and communicate information as well as to escalate issues to management as they arise. Job 25801: Curam Developer   Our client seeks a contractor resource to assist with the development and implementation of NC Families Accessing Services through Technology (NC FAST) using Curam Software. This resource will have significant delivery responsibilities as part of NC FAST development, and will act as the point of contact on site for development-related questions and issues that arise which cannot be addressed by a technical consultant. They will work closely with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development issues, and may act in the role of senior technical developer to maintain Child Care and Energy applications as well as stabilizing other key modules of the Child Care system including Curam upgrades and other technical requirements in the system.   Duties include but are not limited to: Leading functional and detailed requirement development, code development, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, functional and detailed design, and life cycle management for the implementation of NC FAST.
