One of the largest federal government contractors in the world reached out to Astyra when they needed to staff call centers across the country for the Affordable Care Act. For directly placement, we provided nearly 600 call center agents in locations such as Waco TX, Bogalusa LA, and London KY.
An industry leader in behavioral healthcare management was looking for a partner to include on their bid to become the State of Virginia’s Behavioral Health Services Administrator, and they selected Astyra. As their staffing partner, Astyra provides the Customer Care Associates for their call center, which will be in place for 5 years.
Cash for Clunkers was a cash allowance rebate program by the Obama Administrative aimed at providing U.S. residents with an incentive to buy a new, more fuel efficient vehicle. A major federal government contracted won the opportunity to provide call center services for this endeavor. That company turned to Astyra for its talent solution. We provide 220 call center associates for this highly publicized undertaking. Our success on this project lead to a national contract with the prime contractor.
