Serve as ITIL Change Management subject matter expert (SME) for daily operational governance. Responsible for implementing standardized change control processes and procedures and provides a centrally coordinated change control function. A key contributor increasing the overall Change reliability, reduce risk and provide stability through reporting, trending, analysis and enhancement opportunities. Partners with the enterprise Technical Change Management (TCM) team to ensure adherence to governance, regulatory and compliance policies. Participates supporting IT and business expectations to ensure the effective delivery of their initiatives within Change Management. Provide regular status updates to the appropriate supporting groups and leadership. Key role in Change Approval Board meetings as well as other pertinent calendar appointments to ensure risks and impacts of change are clearly understood by all stakeholders to minimize business impact. Responsible for Ad-hoc reporting and process automation using Microsoft Excel. Support the execution of the change plans. Provide daily operation support on other ITIL service functions. Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes. Responsibilities: Under general supervision, this role provides first-level support and a single point of contact for Information Technology (IT) and Human Resources (HR) problems. Through a company-wide Help Line number, coordinators answer calls and email requests, troubleshoot and diagnose issues involving multi-platform environments, software applications, hardware configurations and various HR-related questions, such as benefits information. Aptitude to record and resolve a wide-range of IT issues is expected. Mindfulness to execute policies and procedures quickly and ability to escalate more complex problems to specific support groups without negatively impacting call volume is a must. Accurate and timely documentation are expected. Confidentiality and strict adherence to HIPAA regulations required. This level is staffed by individuals who have Help Desk experience supporting calls and email request. Background in customer service support via telephone, email, and using remote desktop tools are required. Our client is looking for a Cisco Network Engineer with a CCIE certification. This position is to fill an open senior datacenter network engineer position on an existing team of network engineers. Potential candidates must have hands on experience with Cisco IOS, NX-OS, strong in routing, switching, and security. This position will be responsible for supporting numerous Cisco routers, switches, software, and security appliances. This position will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and managing the core network for primary and redundant datacenters including failover. Below is a partial list of hardware currently configured or being configured and implemented within the network.
