Senior Program Manager (Emerging) - Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Manager Key Responsibilities: The CSI Manager will utilize the client's existing IT service management and project management methodologies to serve as a continual service improvement/program manager on multiple highly-complex and high-visibility projects and initiatives. Communication, collaboration and management at the most senior level is required. Facilitate deployment and integrate the philosophy of the client's Enterprise Architecture and Service Management (EASM) initiatives. The new viewer application must be web based and support Crystal Reports versions starting with 2010 forward. It must also accept future upgrades and releases of Crystal Reports software. The Department adopted Microsoft .Net application development technologies and is using the .Net framework and software solutions to integrate all public and private applications into 508 compliant applications. The Application Developer consultant will be a project lead and member of the systems development team that will be responsible to develop and deliver the new application system from its inception to production.
