The Network Change Management Analyst supports the ITIL operational governance and activities specifically Change Management across the data network environment within IT Operations for the purpose of providing consistent operations and infrastructure stability across technology platforms. This position is accountable for daily implementation and governance of Change Management disciplines, associated standards, and ITIL processes for Data Networking throughout the enterprise environment. Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns. Serve as ITIL Change Management subject matter expert (SME) for daily operational governance. Responsible for implementing standardized change control processes and procedures and provides a centrally coordinated change control function. A key contributor increasing the overall Change reliability, reduce risk and provide stability through reporting, trending, analysis and enhancement opportunities. Partners with the enterprise Technical Change Management (TCM) team to ensure adherence to governance, regulatory and compliance policies. Astyra's client is looking to fill a Business Process Analyst in their Risk Division.  Duties/Responsibilities:   Business Process Case Management – Manage the business process engagement including initial business case and scope of work, baseline and target metrics for the desired process outcomes, identifying resources and managing their tasks, communication plan and other defined deliverables. Business Process Models – document and map business processes uses standard Visio diagrams and Six Sigma tools.  Create current state process maps, supporting documentation, and the future state process. Business Process Mapping Work Session Results – Facilitate and lead work session to elicit details about the current process and supporting policy and procedures.  Document the results using diagrams (ex: swim lane, use case diagrams, Six Sigma tools such as SIPOC, FMEA, Control Plans, Control Charts) and detail information about the process both current state and desired future state.  Include data inputs, outputs, and gaps. Demonstrate through models the opportunities for Business Process changes that address waste and risk opportunities, strain and variation analysis, and explain to the process stakeholders how this relates back to supporting the organization goals, strategies and outcomes. Perform Root Cause Analysis of waste and risk impacts through tools such as 5 Why’s, Fishbone Diagrams, and Pareto Analysis.
