Minimum of 6 months customer service required.
Ability to type 20 WPM.
Ability to speak, read English clearly and communicate effectively.
Must be able to pass background check.

Our client has an IMMEDIATE need for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) responsible for delivering general health care information to callers. Responsibilities include the following:
Read scripted responses to questions dealing with basic health care information.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, processing procedures, and policies. Use databases and written materials to look up and provide information to inquiries.
Maintain documentation of all inquiries.
Perform other duties as assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Secretarial and/or telemarketing experience is a plus.
